2007 Porsche Boxster

Though this series had received a major revamp in 2005 including the engines for this series, the 2007 Porsche Boxster series gets a further engine tweak that adds both torque and power to the engines.

The addition of the Porsche VarioCam Plus System helps tremendously by providing lift control and variable intake valve timing. 2007 options include adding two-tone upholstery, 19” tires, and the 911 Turbo aluminum wheels.

For Performance upgrades on the standard 2007 Porsche Boxster we see a 245 hp 2.7 liter engine that sees a modest 5 hp upgrade from previous models. The more powerful Boxster S sees a whole new engine upgrade that moves up from 3.2 to 3.4 liters that now produces a whopping 295 horsepower, adding 15 pounds-feet of torque as well.

Of course, both engines come with VarioCam Plus control systems for better lift control and valve timing. These upgrades are welcomed with open arms, and help make the car more alluring and attractive than ever before.
